And there is something unique that happens when we:

We start listening back to our calls
We practice and roleplay our scripts
I have seen this first hand happen with a mutual client that Vikram Deol and I share, Molly. Molly joined us around the same time that she started coaching with Vikram.
Within the first month Vik worked with her on tonality, scripting and a wackload of other things.
The result?
She had multiple buyers in contract from her database and picked up a couple listings.
She was approaching her conversations with the “same old script” and it wasn’t working.

And the age old saying that “success leaves clues” well that is true.
