The gym for me has become therapy.
It’s a place to clear my mind.
It’s a beautiful place where I’m able to show up as myself and deal with any feelings that are holding me back from being my best self.
It’s a place I’ve neglected over the last 4 years, prior to starting the 75 hard this year.
My friend Sharran Srivatsaa has said to me so many times that it’s etched in my head, “clarity is the mother of mastery”
I believe that wholeheartedly.
The gym is where I go to seek clarity.
Lately my clarity has brought me to a place of trying to understand what my constraints are.
All around me I see successful entrepreneurs having beautiful relationships, beautiful kids, beautiful lives and beautiful businesses.
I used to believe it was and/or…

I was wrong on so many levels.
My beliefs held me back from truly experiencing all that life has to give.
I recently heard Ben Shapiro say something that I truly believe. “You only meet the person you’re going to marry when you already believe it’s time to get married. When you’re dating to marry, you’re thinking in a different way”
I recently have learned the power of building business in the context of constraints.
And constraints are created through beliefs.
