I told her to not hire me, or anyone right now because I have a fundamental belief that you shouldn’t invest into paid until you have done at least 8 transactions through your SOI or other means that don’t cost money.
Well because when you invest in paid ads you will see some quick wins, but you have to realize that you are building for your future. You are building a distribution channel that allows you to no have to rely on FB, Insta, Zillow or TikTok to get your message or brand out.
And building a distribution channel is going to take time to nurture.
You also don’t have the experience and skill you need in transaction management, buyer/seller presentations in order to handle the conversation, as it is going to be a harder lead to convert.
