I had the privilege to do some teaching on Tuesday inside of our real estate growth academy.
A big pain point right now in the real estate industry is getting people to show up for open houses or showings to homes ![]()
This is the whole reason why we created The Listings Hub.
There’s no doubt that the market has shifted and the effort that we put into our listings needs to be tenfold and we need to get more creative.
Here are some ideas I spoke about.
1. Run an ad on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok – that generates leads and then call them to set showings.
2. Create an email campaign that highlights a different part of the house in each email. Aim to send at least 3 emails to your list with call to actions.
3. Reach out to other agents in your office and ask them to send an email to their list. Make it easy for them to send something by sending them a draft and then they have something that they can advertise to their list.
4. Go into your contacts on your phone and add those people to your database.
5. Find newer agents in your office that will help you advertise your listing to their audience.
6. Door knock the neighbourhood and invite the neighbours to a private VIP showing.
The goal should be to try and get as many eyeballs as you possibly can on your listing.
These are 6 low hanging fruit ideas that will help you sell your listings faster.
