Tool 1 – CRM


One of the most important tools you need in your business is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management Software) that will allow you to track where people are at in their buying cycle. 

A lot of people ask.. Which one should I use? My opinion after speaking with thousands of agents? Just choose one and use it every single day… That said, many agents I know lean towards the following as a tool to manage their clients… 

We integrate well with these 3 and any other CRM, but this is what I have seen to be the most common CRM’s used across the board… These also allow you to setup automations so that you are not manually following up all the time… 

1. Follow Up Boss
2. KV Core
3. Chime

That said, there are other tools that many of our clients were not aware could have a massive impact on their business. My goal today is to unpack a few of these tools today.

Tool 2 – IDX / Property Search

 This tool is absolutely crucial in my point of view yet many agents are not paying for this tool and it’s costing them thousands every year because buyers want homes and sellers want a buyer… What a property search IDX should do is allow you to see when people are viewing properties and it gives you leverage in your follow up. You will be able to see the properties that they are viewing and provide insight and even schedule showings for them proactively, rather then being reactive… 

There are many property search tools like Showcase, Chime, Real Scout, Agent Locator… The list goes on and on… But whatever you do, choose one and ensure that it is linked with your CRM…

Tool 3 – Booking Calendar Software

You should not be scheduling your own showings or appointments… That is extremely hard to do and working around peoples schedules can be tough… If you have an assistant that does this manually, that is fine… But you could save so much time by getting a tool like Calendly, or if you ever become a client we have this included in our system…

You can use your booking calendar to send reminders for the appointments and even setup availability based on certain restrictions… 

This is a lifechanger and something you should install…
