How To Follow Up In 2023 – Day 2 Frequency

Welcome to day 2 of me unpacking what we call The Perfect Follow Up Structure…

Like I mentioned on day 4 I am going to share with you a video that I really think will help unpack this even deeper… That said, that is coming in 2 days.

Part 2: Frequency

Did you know that you can increase your contact rate by 70% by following up 7x more?

Yup, it’s truth… and it makes sense since the average buyer takes 22 touch points to make a buying decision.

But the big question is…

How do you manage to stay top of mind and create consistent follow up?

Did you know the top teams in the country are sending 3x emails a week to their database? If not, more…

They are staying consistently and persistently in touch with everyone that comes into their world…

How do they stay frequent with follow up? Let’s unpack it now…

You write emails like this one… Soooo to help you get started here is one email that if you send religiously weekly, I guarantee you will get responses. It’s called Deal of The Week and this is something we do for our clients weekly, so that is why I know it works to create convos.

All you are going to do is send an email with this structure:

1. Subject headline is – Deal of the week
2. Say hey (first name), this weeks deal of the week is (insert property type). It will go fast.
3. Then you will write in bullet form like these details about the property.
– how many beds and baths
– 2 unique characteristics about the property
– the price
4. Then you create a call to action saying if you want more details about the property or other deals, email me back with the word “DEAL” and i will get you details

Don’t change it and add things.

Keep it simple and a text only email to get people to reply to you.

Frequency is everything. It’s not enough to just drop people on a search list. You need to continue to educate them on the market and build a relationship.

Here are some more ideas to create frequency in contacts

1. Record a loom video when they view a property they might like
2. Run a giveaway of the week where you spotlight a different restaurant and give people an opportunity to win to a local restaurant.
3. Share a recent video you created via email

There are so many ways to create frequent touch points…

If you want help emailing your database 3x a week or more and creating consistent and persistent follow up to close more deals, just email me back with the words FOLLOW UP and i will get you into a demo with our team to see if we can help.

Keep your eyes peeled for tip 3 tomorrow…
