Billion Dollar Listing Presentation

I wanted to share with you some key takeaways from a recent event where my mentor Sharran shared his Billion Dollar Listing Presentation. 

The frameworks he unpacked for REAL agents was amazing and I want to share with you some top tips that he shared with his agents.

These lessons are coming from Sharran who is responsible for helping to sell billions in real estate and is currently President of the fastest growing publicly traded brokerage in the country.

Why do we get objections?

  1. Our brand is not big enough
  2. Our value proposition is not clear enough
  3. Our presentation is not good enough

This is why it’s so important that we teach our clients in frames and talk tracks, just like Sharran does so beautifully when he speaks live.

See, scripting is for you to unpack your ideas out of your head…

Framing is for the client so that they understand you have a process that drives results.

Because this is absolutely true. 

Good process drives good results.

So in your next listing presentation do the following

  1. Teach – explain the contract
  2. Show proof – show each contract
  3. Solve – show sampled filled out purchase agreement

Proof over promise.

Show them what you do and how you do it.

Because ultimately your job is simple.

To get them the offer they want, at the price they want, with the terms they want. And if you visibly show them and get them to write it into a mock purchase agreement, you are demonstrating the process of working with you and the results you can drive.

But all in all the one thing that I took away from this talk is this… When someone asks why they should hire you… 

Rather than saying you are the best, let the client know that you are hiring the systems we have built over the years. 

You are hiring the process that drives the outcome you are after.

If you are a REAL agent you have access to one of the best listing presentations I have ever seen.
