The amount of agents that did 13-20 deals that have only sold 1-2 deals this year is crazy.

These are 3 of the fastest ways to a commission check.
#1 – Join a great team.
To run your business as a business it requires capital for marketing and it needs cash flow. Most agents don’t have cash flow because they’ve seen a decline in transaction volume by 30%, and they have personally seen a decrease in commission (some by 50-90%). Agents that did 13 deals last year, have done 2 this year.
The answer is if you have the chops, try and join a team so that you don’t have to spend money on ads that you don’t know how to run.
And if you are against joining a team and your volume and commission is down I only got 2 more solutions for you to a pay check fast.
And you might not like it, but it is what it is. I’m trying to ensure you don’t have to go back to waiting tables. Because truthfully you don’t have to. Getting another job is a choice. And if that’s your choice, cool, but it doesn’t have to be that way.
#2 – Serve the rental market
I have a client that has made a crap ton of money with buyers and sellers and still has a process to serve rentals. In fact, he recently made $4500 in rental commission in the last week. This will allow you to reinvest back in your business or just keep the lights on.
We all need to drop the ego. Screw the guy in your office saying don’t do rentals or looking down on you for serving rentals.
People are renting.
And if we are willing to serve them, they won’t forget you when it’s their time to buy.
And many people renting, have flawed info. Your ability to put humans over homes will overflow your bank account. I still see top producers doing rentals to fuel their ad spend.
And because they’re doing this they’re out marketing you and taking your buyers and sellers.
#3 – Open houses

Waiting for the people you are speaking with.
Waiting for someone to come to you.
Waiting for the market to shift.
Are not business strategies.
You need a pipeline, yes.
But more importantly you need to increase your activity and this is how.
