Two weeks ago I had the opportunity to spend some time with thousands of agents at the REAL Conference.
At the event we had the privilege to learn from Alex Hormozi. I wanted to share with you some key takeaways from his talk.
Learning Point #1 – Make It Simple
Breaking things down for our teams as entrepreneurs is required to grow. For example, one person might understand the instruction “go advertise for me”…
Where other people might not have that skill so they need to hear “turn on your computer, go to Facebook, get access to this account, post on my behalf etc etc”.
See the difference?
We MUST operationalize the actions required to win.
Learning Point #2 – We are what we repeatedly do
Our actions dictate who we are.
A lot of people get it wrong around be do have.
When in all actuality it’s our actions that often define who we are.
Learning Point #3 – Motivation comes from deprivation.
What is the gap that will actually have you raise your minimum standards?
For example if you are dehydrated, you will do anything to get water.
Ultimately your environment sets your standard.
Change your environment and you will change your standards.
