I have learned so much about agent and human behavior since running our free trial. For some reason, we throw out the door how we interact with salespeople or professionals when we are making buying decisions. I have observed this through our free trial. I have worked in other industries, and it is broken. I think this factors into a significant reason why the industry is not trusted by the public. 3. Help everyone you can or point them in a direction of someone who can, and they’re winning.
If you are 30, 40, 50, or 75% down in production, I encourage you to look at one thing today. What is your local market transaction volume down? If your transaction volume locally is down 22%, but your income is down 75%, then you have a skills and process leak in your boat, and someone else is taking your market share with better skills and a better process. If you are flat or even performing in line with the market, that shows me that your skills or processes are kicking in.
