You need to find solutions.
You need to put humans over homes
You need to have more in person meetings.
And if you can’t meet in person you need to have more zoom meetings.
You need to understand that all the money right now is being made in those that are on the sidelines with flawed information.
You need to be an advisor.
You need to be doing 10+ meetings a week.
You need to be educating the market about whether they should or shouldn’t buy based on THEIR circumstance.
