I’ve always been in love with three things in life: words, music and helping people. Being the “I can do it all” type of person that I am, I have practiced all three since a very young age.

I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, a beautiful city full of life, art, culture, and Paris-like buildings (which I love because I’m a hopeless romantic). I always had a loving family supporting my back through it all, and being the youngest (with a large age gap between my older sisters and I) you could say that I was a little spoiled in a good way. Growing up with older sisters, I always felt like I had three mothers taking care of me at all times. So, I had a very happy childhood.

As a teenager, things were not as smooth. My dad passed away when I was only 14, and things got rocky for the family. However, even though things were hard, we always supported each other, and together overcame every obstacle that was presented. Years later, I can say I became a strong woman. I have a loving household of my own, and I’m the proud mom of the three most wonderful children that I could have ever imagined. Family is and will always be a priority in my life, and I’m happy to have the right people by my side to share it.

If I could define my life in one word, it’d definitely be “passion”. I take pride on completely devoting myself to everything I do, and give the best of me on every step.

I’d like to talk first about my long-life love: Words. My mother transformed me into an avid reader since I was almost a baby, and I started writing at a very young age. I liked randomly writing short stories and tales, and I participated and won several school contests. Creating new worlds, each with their own rules, bringing new characters to life and allowing them to develop their own voices, thoughts, personalities and feelings is one of the most magical things I have ever experienced.

Throughout my life, I have written hundreds of short stories and one-takes, and later in life I wrote three full length novels, and am currently working on the fourth one. Mystery, crime, and romance are my strengths, but I love experimenting with other genres, since I enjoy reading everything I come across. I have found masterpieces in the most unexpected topics. I dream of publishing someday (soon), and being able to invite people to join me and discover the worlds hidden between my pages.

My second passion is music. It has always been one of the pillars in my life, and I like to think about it as the language of emotions. Not a single day of my life has gone by without music at some point, and singing was always a thing for me throughout the years. After I finished my studies, I started working with an American music producer that moved to my city. Even though I always loved music and singing, I never really thought that I was any good at it. But people around me encouraged me to develop that side of me.

This resulted in one of the most wonderful experiences of my entire life. During this time, I unlocked the potential I didn’t know I was holding. I met some of the most talented, kind-hearted human beings, and got myself a mentor that not only showed me what I was capable of but most importantly taught me how to love and believe in myself. Also, being involved in charity projects throughout this time, I learned how important and rewarding it was to serve others.

That’s how we get to the story of how I got to where I am today. I was introduced to customer service early in my career, as I started working as an agent for a US company after my musical mentor got ill and had to pause all projects on that end. My passion for helping others and making sure the customers had an outstanding experience quickly got me into the role of the supervisor. During that period, I experienced massive learning and professional growth in multiple areas, becoming the Manager of several projects and departments. Also, here I had my first approach to marketing, which quickly caught my attention.

Being a people’s person, managing teams has been one of my strong points, as I was always passionate about coaching people. I love to celebrate the team’s success, while working through any challenges that might present, making sure our team is active, constantly trained and updated, and always looking for growth.

One of the questions I often ask myself is, “What can I do today to make a difference?”. I like to apply this not only for the teams, but to the client’s experience.

My professional journey was hard and challenging at some points. Being very young and involved in a very male-oriented environment made me vulnerable at times, but nothing could bring me down. I always fought for what I believed, I embraced all the learning (the good, and the rough), focused on scaling my skills and my career, and kept all the wonderful people I met on the path very close to my heart. Yes, there were obstacles, but I’m strongly convinced it was all there for me to become who I am today.

And that brings me to this exact moment.

Some people don’t believe in destiny. I do. Further confirmation of this happened this year when I found StudioPTBO. I knew within a couple minutes of meeting the team that I was in the right place. We’re like a family.

At StudioPTBO, there is a team of driven, growth minded, compassionate and passionate humans working together to achieve one common purpose, where we all have a voice and we all push together to level up every day.

We’re all sharing a dream, and it’s only just getting started. As an Accounts Director, my daily goal is to make sure our clients have everything in their power to achieve success. I couldn’t be more proud and happy to be a part of this. As I heard someone say one day: “Success has nothing to do with what you gain and accomplish in life for yourself, it’s about what you do for others”.
