I have always been passionate about service to others. Ever since I was a little girl, my parents always taught me to listen to people and help them. My mother is a psychologist and my father is a lawyer. They are an amazing combination who have rubbed off on me on how I lead my life.
In school, I was always the peacemaker, working to solve disputes when my friends were having fights. And I think this is one of the traits that I admire most about myself: having the capacity to listen and stand up for what you believe in is right — and also having the capacity to express yourself through talking (always with love) and make the other person understand your point of view.
When I started my journey in customer service, I found that it was the perfect way for me to help, listen and change the day of a person just by saying the right words. By inspiring them somehow.
At SheridanSt, I can provide the type of customer service that I would love to receive. And it’s awesome to have a team that listens and learns through feedback how to be better every day. A team that is a family where you can work hard and be happy at the same time, achieving the best version of yourself and helping others to achieve their best version.
We’re not just trying to be excellent at providing a service (which we are) here at SheridanSt, but also how to have a better life. Anything is attainable with the right mindset and team behind you.
I feel like I’m in the right place and I’m grateful to be here.
